D80 can use plain old AF lenses. D60 CANNOT - no internal focus drive motor. Depending on the lesnes you own, that may be a deal breaker. Given a choice, I'd move UP to a D90 (it's a great camera) - or a D300 if you can justify and/or afford the extra $$$ Seems pointless to get another D80.
